Returns And Refunds Policy
At PenConverter.com, we make everything we can to be accurate in our products’ descriptions and images. However, we also understand that a specific product may not suit you or your needs.
In case you are not happy with the product you received, you can return it within 15 business days of receiving it. Notice that the product needs to be in a resaleable condition:
- Items must be in brand new condition, unopened, original packaging, etc (if applicable) to qualify for a refund.
- Tags must be attached, and sticker seals must be intact or unbroken for applicable items.
- Pens can be returned for a refund only if the ink has not been run through any part of the pen. If a cartridge is included with the pen, the return also must include the unused cartridge. If a pen contains a tip protector, the protector must be intact. Used pens cannot be returned for a refund.
- PenConverter.com reserves the right to decline refund requests if the product has been used, opened, or in question.
As soon as we get your product, we will carefully inspect it and if it is unused, we will process your refund. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees cannot be refunded.
To return your product, you just need to package it properly and send it tracked to ensure that it gets to our hands. PenConverter.com is not responsible for any return packages that get lost in the mail transit process. You should also include a note with your name, the email address used in your purchase, and order number.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days after the return has been received to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
Exchanges
We don’t handle exchanges but would be happy to help you process a return and refund of any new and unopened items. When the refund is processed you may place a new order for an alternative product.
